Alex focuses his practice on business matters, including cases involving commercial contracts, fraud, securities law, shareholder disputes, and claims involving members or directors of business entities. In addition to practicing before trial courts and arbitral tribunals, Alex is also a committed appellate litigator who has argued before both state and federal courts of appeal.
