Daniel is an experienced commercial litigator, having represented clients before state and federal courts across the country.

Daniel primarily handles complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving securities, commercial contracts, fraud, intellectual property and trade secrets. In addition to representing clients in the courtroom, Daniel works with and advises clients on creative resolutions and strategies to help them avoid litigation.
