David is a licensed patent attorney who handles all types of intellectual property development and protection, including patent, trademark and copyright procurement, registration, and defense.

He has successfully brought to issuance patents in the areas of computer hardware and software, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and electrical and mechanical technologies. David helps clients with ownership and contract disputes as well as drafting, negotiating, and preparing agreements for partnerships, transfers, assignments, licensing (including software and SaaS services), terms of service and privacy policies, and has successfully asserted and defended infringement claims for patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
